The Business Challenge
I was in the process of launching a brand new business and needed everything from a logo to a website to a social media presence. I also needed basic technology infrastructure and to be able to take appointments online and have a way to communicate with our clients. As a new entreprenuer, I also needed someone who could provide guidance and support as we navigated the process of launching a new business.
How Brain Dance Designs Helped
Karen started by working with us to brainstorm what we needed our company to be, and how we wanted to run it. She collaborated with us on everything from creating logos, designing graphics for the van, and setting up our backend management system and business processes. She built our website and social media presence and even collaborated with our van wrap company to ensure our brand was consistent across all platforms.
The Outstanding Results
Our business successfully launched right on schedule and we were able to start taking appointments immediately. Karen is always available to make any adjustments we need as we fine tune our business processes. We've since hired additional staff and our schedule is almost completely full. We've received so many compliments on our logo and web presence and we are proud of the brand we've created.
